Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Why not choose a cast of 40+ actors tap dancing in synch and singing to classics like “Shuffle Off to Buffalo,” “Lullaby of Broadway” and “42nd Street.” Sparkling costumes, emotional acting and contagious music (with a 12-piece pit orchestra and outstanding vocals) will have you humming and singing along with the cast of “42nd Street” as they perform June 26-28 at the Shorewood High School Auditorium.
Weekend performances of “42nd Street” are Friday and Saturday, June 26-27 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 28 at 2 pm. Call Joanie at 414-737-3421 to reserve your seats or visit www.shorewoodplayers.org. All performances are at the Shorewood Auditorium (Oakland Ave. and Capitol Dr.). Please note that the high school parking lot is being renovated and parking spaces are limited. We encourage you to come early and park at North Shore Bank or on the surrounding streets.
